Girl’s Clothing Company
A growing children’s wear company selling to specialty stores and online through their websites throughout the United States. The owners were making apparel domestically in the United States, sourcing fabric from a variety of resources, using independent facilities for pattern making, sample making, and sewing and then distributing through a public warehouse. The owners found they spent most of their time managing the various production processes, costs were high and reliability was poor. The brand was growing rapidly, cash flow was tight and needed to expand.
The Challenge
To completely re-think and streamline the operations and incubate the brand for success.
Our Solution
We entered into a partnership with the owners and took over the operational activities, allowing them to focus on what they do best – design, sales and marketing.
