Our trusted network of suppliers, sourcing specialists and artisans are part of Agapo’s portfolio of capabilities, which include; Spinning, Yarn Dyeing, Weaving, Fabric Processing, Printing, Embellishing, Pattern Making, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Distribution.
Any combination of these can be deployed to deliver high-quality, ethically-produced, quality apparel, textiles and sewn goods.
Pattern Making
Our pattern makers work on the latest digital technologies from EFI/Optitex, including 3D rendering allowing designers to see their creations digitally before sample making. Grading and Marker Making is also on the same platform and we can accept DFX files from any CAD system if you already have electronic patterns.
Sample Making
We have the ability to make both prototypes and sales samples for a larger number of selling points.
Fabric & Textile Milling
Our sourcing team can directly procure specific or similar fabrics for any type of textile program. And because of our relationships with partner mills, we are able to procure low minimums to meet the needs of new designers and smaller brands. Our captive supply chain of weavers and dyers allows us to offer customized yarn dyed textiles in a variety of fibers and blends. We can take your CAD and show you a yarn dyed fabric swatch for approval in a matter of weeks.

Industrial large scale weaving for consistency & quality
Power Looms
Smaller minimums with the ability for slower speed weaving with less stress on yarns for a looser weave, more softness and greater breathability in the final fabric.
Hand Looms
Fabric woven the old fashioned way – by hand; for the least amount of stress on the yarn, loosest weaves in the finest yarns counts and the greatest breathability
Custom Embellishments & Embroidery
Our design team can work with you to create anything from beads, sequins, woven tags, appliques, patches, screen prints, and custom buttons. Our in house hand/machine/computerized embroidery department can add any customized embellishment you may require.
Printing
We work with all types of Printing technologies, from Digital / Sublimation to Rotary to Flatbed to Screen Prints. Depending on your artwork and quantities, we’ll work with you to select the best printing options from our network of Vendors.
Cut / Sew / Launder / Finish
Our manufacturing partners’ sewing lines are configured for both smaller and larger volumes, we can cater to 100 pieces or 100,000 pieces. And with in house laundry we can do any type of processing, from destroyed denims to individualized hand washed garment dyes.
All of these pieces are managed through your Project Manager who will help guide you through the process and manage all the details on your behalf.
