What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
We do not have a sewing minimum, however there may be some limitations based around fabrics requirements and pricing is commensurate to quantity ordered. We do our best to work with you in these situations to come up with a solution that works for you and your business.
Can I get a sample or prototype made?
We highly recommend making at least one prototype, or pre-production sample before going into production. In some cases it may be necessary to do multiple prototypes to get everything approved for production. Exact pre-production samples, with labeling, trims in the production fabrics / colors will be dependent on availability of all raw materials and within a time frame closer to final delivery. In most cases, prototypes are either partially or fully refundable on completion of a production order meeting certain minimums.
Can I get any Fabric?
Typically our sourcing team is able to source and match most requested fabrics and materials for our clients. However, we cannot guarantee that we will find exactly what you are looking for in the open markets. If we cannot source fabrics or manufacture your materials to specific requirements we will source the closest possible alternative or use your original fabric source. Specialty fabric may take additional time to be sourced.
How do I pick the right Fabric?
Our experienced staff will help you decide what method of production best fits your projects needs. We are able to custom mill almost any fabric or pattern with some of the lowest minimums in the industry. Orders that do not meet the yardage requirements for milling are sourced to the closest available fabric.
How do I get the right Accessories and trims (ie. Buttons, Zippers)?
Ideally providing a sample of what you would like is the best way for our team to help source the material for you. Certain minimums may apply.
How Long does production take?
Estimated timeframe for delivery depends on product type and raw material availability.
Are your goods made in the United States?
All our production is done in our partnered facilities located in India near New Delhi.
Can you print our Labels, Hang Tags?
Yes, we have the capability of producing custom labels and hang tags using our vendor base in India and the Far East. Certain minimums may apply.
Can you brand our cartons/bags?
Yes, we have the capability of branding cartons and polybags to customer requirements. Certain minimums may apply.
What about Quality Control?
Our factory has a dedicated Quality Assurance Department which operates and reports to an independent head. Inspections are conducted starting from fabric level and there are check points at every stage of the production cycle. All inspections are done in accordance to customer requirements and AQL levels. We are open to inspections by buyer authorized external agencies as well.
How do you deliver goods to stores or customers? (UPS, Fed ex)
For smaller volumes we can ship orders directly from our factory packed to your specifications through Fedex freight.
For bulk quantity orders that involve air or ocean freight, we can deliver goods to your nominated freight forwarder at any port which can then be trucked to your desired location. Prices can be given both FOB India as well as C&F USA or LDP USA to any location.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Once you make the decision to go into production We will create a payment schedule of deposit, progress payments and final payment, all depending on the details of your order.
We ask that all orders be paid by check, wire transfer, or cashier’s check.
Established customers ordering large volumes can be invoiced (on net 30 terms) through our factor if they are willing to provide their financials to the factoring company upon request and the factor approves the customer based on their financial credibility. Letters of Credit with payment at Sight are also accepted.
